Bowral Tennis - Junior/Advanced Training Squad Programmes.

START DATE FOR TERM 4 2024 October 22nd

Training squads at Bowral Tennis Club are designed to provide intensive hitting sessions for competition standard children. The key elements involved in these training sessions are:

• stroke drills to improve consistency and accuracy
• practice directional patterns that are common in match play
• fitness and footwork drills
• develop a team atmosphere through which kids learn and improve together

Just one squad will be running at this time

Squad #1 Junior: *NEW TIME* We are going to do the new time of Tuesday 5.00pm  

Eligibility: Thursday and Monday afternoon comp participants are eligible for this session.
